AMICOR also does third party leasing in this market, working with Landlords to secure tenants for their properties. Tenant Representation is also a specialty, focusing on the needs of the tenant in order to identify properties that meet their requirements.

Among the organizations we participate in are local Chambers of Commerce, Economic Development Groups, the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Scandinavian Baltic Trade Association (SBTA), and the Swedish American Chamber of Commerce - Greater Orlando/Tampa Bay, of which MS. Hanson is the Chairman.
